What is your exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange period for size issues, or items that are defective or damaged. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging intact. Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Sale and pre-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is deemed faulty. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
